Here you can download the lisp file from below this lisp will help you to rotate directly your all text at a time but you will think that we can rotate in the properties option also yes but there is a difference between lisp & properties option lisp will rotate your text on the same location properties will rotate but change & jump from the location.

Go to the Express Tools tab of the Ribbon and, within the Text Panel, expand Modify Text and click on Rotate. Alternatively, you can type TORIENT in the command line: Select all of the text whose orientation you wish to change and press ENTER. The default option is 'Most Readable'.
